A leading Property & Construction Consultancy, boasting a network of 11 offices across the UK, is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to enhance their vibrant Manchester team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

Joining a thriving commercial team of seven, the incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will find themselves immersed in a culture rich with social engagements and a multidisciplinary environment.

In this role, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain unparalleled exposure to a wide range of projects spanning sectors such as Education, Luxury Residential, Law Enforcement, Healthcare, Correctional Facilities, and Commercial developments.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• RICS accredited degree qualification
• 1+ year QS experience within a UK Consultancy
• Basic pre & post contract experience is beneficial
• UK Driving License
