A first-class, multidisciplinary Cost and Project Management Consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to enhance their team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, fast-paced team providing Cost and Project Management services to clients undertaking both new build and refurbishment projects.

This consultancy has secured a number of new, exciting projects including Healthcare, Leisure, Retail, Private Residential, and Commercial schemes.

Thereby, offering the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor unrivaled industry exposure working across a broad variety of sectors. You will have the chance to take on more responsibility and have more autonomy, running manageable sized schemes with the support of a Senior and Associate QS.

The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive unrivalled support from senior management, strong long term progression & development opportunities, and APC support from a company who have a great track record & pass rate with chartership. This includes 1-2-1 mentoring, meetings from external consultants, RICS Assessors in the team, mock interviews, and much more!

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• QS Experience Within a Consultancy (placement, internship, Trainee or Assistant QS roles etc)
• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally Quantity Surveying)
• Eager to complete APC / currently working towards
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge
