A specialist Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in the London/Waterloo area are seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their hard-working, family feel QS team as a resulting of securing several new, long term projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Owner is seeking a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor who can pick up pre and post contract work under the mentorship and support of an experienced team.

Project wise, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain pre and post contract experience by working and supporting on projects valuing between £1m and £5m within the education, residential, and healthcare sectors.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree - or on the apprentice scheme
• Minimum of 2 years, UK Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience of working within a Quantity Surveying consultancy / Cost management practice
• Basic Pre and post contract experience
• Professional and hard working
• Happy working in a small team
