Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A modern, ambitious Cost Consultancy are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a mechanical and electrical background to work alongside and support their M&E Director in London.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work with the M&E Director on a mixture of commercial, hotel, and residential projects where you will provide a full pre and post cost management role, including all of the M&E elements.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

• Quantity Surveying degree - completed or on day release
• Mechanical and Electrical quantity surveying experience
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a construction consultancy / cost management practice
• Committed to training and self-development
• Comfortable working within a small team
