Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to bring on an intelligent Assistant Quantity Surveyor with ambitions of achieving MRICS, as continue to build up their presence in Brighton.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working alongside a Director and Associate, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall work on a mixture of pre and post contract roles for hospitality, residential, and leisure projects across the Coast.

Day to day, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out:

• Measuring
• Preparation of cost plans
• Cost reporting
• Liaising with clients and contractors
• Preparing contract documents

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or on the apprenticeship scheme
• 1 year's quantity surveying experience
• Basic pre or post contract experience
• Able to commute around Brighton
• UK Cost Management / Cost Consultancy experience
• Committed to achieving MRICS
