Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An established and successful developer with a portfolio of Residential new builds is looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their South London based team.

The Assistant Quantity's role

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be expected to join a £22m Residential scheme, which will focus on New Builds, frameworks, and basements.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site in South London and will be expected to assist with variations, measurements and be heavily involved in the procurement process.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience
• HNC / HND qualified
• Residential experience preferrable
• Bring a 'can do' attitude to work
• Willing to commute across the Greater London
