Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A commercially minded, Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is degree qualified, comfortable working under a Senior Quantity Surveyor, and eager to take on greater responsibility.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be based out of the consultancy's North London office where you will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial, education, and leisure sectors.

Day to day, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be involved in preparing bills of quantities, take offs, estimates, and measuring, using AutoCAD and bluebeam software.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive inhouse APC training as well as the opportunity to run your own jobs.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a RICS accredited degree
• Able to commute to London
• 1+ years' quantity surveying experience
• Committed to achieving MRICS
