Assistant Principal Designer CDM

A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are looking to hire a Assistant Principal Designer (CDM) for their London office. This office provides a close-knit family feel team, with benefits of a medium sized consultancy due to their nationwide operations. This offers a Junior Principal Designer / CDM Advisor a chance to work within a Hybrid nature, whilst progressing themselves within the Principal Design / CDM Advisor world. This Constrcution Consultancy offer a high-level of career support which will kick start your career within Principal Design (CDM).

Junior Principal Designer

The Junior Principal Designer / CDM Advisor will enjoy working across their Residential projects in London. They will be provided on-going assistance/training in the analyse of Construction Phase Plans (CPP) and Pre-construction Information (PCI). Support is provided with a pay increases upon probabtion.

Junior Principal Designer requirements

• NEBOSH National Certificate
• IOSHH (prefferable)
• An Architecure or Engineering qualification to Bachelors or Masters level (Preferable)
• Experience working within a Construction (preferable)
