The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Assistant Construction Project Manager will join an innovative, dynamic team working on projects across all sectors of the built environment including Residential, Student Accommodation, Commercial, Retail, Education, Leisure and Sport.

The incoming Assistant Project Manager will receive uncapped opportunities for career progression. The senior management team encourage continuous development and can offer strong support with Chartership via their internal APC Programme.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Assistant Project Manager eager for greater project diversity, industry exposure and 1-2-1 support with the APC. Joining a friendly, flexible company whilst gaining unrivalled industry exposure with exceptional hands-on experience.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager

The new Assistant Construction Manager will already possess Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy, be eager for a hands-on role, and exciting industry exposure. You will also have:

• A Project Management degree qualification ideally (or Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying)
• Previous Project Management experience with a UK Consultancy
• The desire to progress towards a professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM etc)
• Any build experience in the above mentioned sectors is highly desirable

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
