The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

The Assistant Construction Project Manager will play a key role in guiding projects from the initial planning stages through to successful completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and varied environment and is committed to meeting or exceeding client expectations through effective coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Engage in projects across diverse sectors, offering broad exposure and opportunities for professional development.
• Lead project teams to achieve goals while maintaining high standards.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager

• A BSc/MSc Degree in Project Management or a related field.
• A strong understanding of building contracts, including JCT and NEC forms.
• Actively pursuing or intending to achieve accreditation with RICS, CIOB, or APM.
• Experience in managing projects in the built environment, particularly in Residential or Commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in handling most RIBA stages.
• Excellent skills in team collaboration and the confidence to work independently.
