The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

The Assistant Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in managing a diverse range of projects, not just in the UK but also across Europe. This position is tailored for a professional who excels in a stimulating environment and relishes the variety of working on multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely, within scope, and budget delivery of all projects.
• Collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive project management from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and plan effectively to meet project objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and address project-related issues.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager

• Accreditation in MRICS, CIOB, APM, or actively working towards such qualifications.
• Previous experience in a construction consultancy setting.
• Demonstrated track record in managing projects in the Commercial and/or Residential sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A goal-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivering results.
