An expanding Construction Consultancy Practice based in Birmingham is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Construction Project Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a team that is dedicated to excellence in managing a diverse range of projects, including high-end retail, residential, commercial, hospitality, and leisure sectors.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

In this role, the Assistant Construction Project Manager will take on a range of responsibilities, managing various projects both in the UK and Europe. This position involves working closely with clients, overseeing projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of construction projects across various sectors.
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring projects meet their objectives, stay on budget, and adhere to schedules.
• Planning and coordinating project activities effectively.
• Addressing and resolving project challenges through excellent problem-solving skills.

The Assistant Construction Project Manager

• Must be MRICS, CIOB, APM accredited, or actively working towards such accreditation.
• Should have experience working within a construction consultancy environment.
• Has a proven track record of working on a mix of projects, particularly in the Commercial and/or Residential sectors.
• Possesses strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Is goal-orientated, with a focus on achieving project objectives and delivering high-quality results.
