The Assistant Building Surveyor

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline, signifying a strong foundational knowledge.
• A proactive stance on professional growth, aiming for APC accreditation.
• Experience or a keen interest in a broad spectrum of building surveying practices, including technical due diligence, defect analysis, condition surveys, and planned maintenance.
• The ability to operate effectively both within a team and independently, underpinned by excellent problem-solving skills.
• A deep-seated enthusiasm for continuous learning and self-improvement.
