A highly respected, national Real Estate firm are currently looking for a self-motivated Assistant Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Bristol.

The Assistant Building Surveyors' role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a bright and vibrant team, with the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across the South West.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will benefit from wide industry exposure, working within a myriad of sectors such as commercial, office, retail, industrial, healthcare, sport and leisure.

This role gives the Assistant Building Surveyor the opportunity to work both autonomously as well as within a collaborative and supportive team.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will ideally be a bright and bubbly individual who's keen to make a difference.

• RICS Accredited degree, ideally in BS
• Ambitious to complete APC
• 1+ years' consultancy experience is preferred
