The Assistant Building Surveyor role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be involved in a variety of tasks and responsibilities that span across the consultancy's project portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Participating in project delivery across various sectors, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Supporting senior surveyors in the execution of building surveys, defect analysis, and preparation of reports.
• Engaging in professional services that may include dilapidations, party wall matters, and technical due diligence.
• Contributing to the consultancy's commitment to excellence through diligent work and continuous learning.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• Holds a Degree in Building Surveying, providing a strong foundation in the principles and practices of the field.
• Boasts at least one year of experience within a professional consultancy setting, demonstrating a practical understanding of building surveying tasks.
• Exhibits a keen interest in working across a diverse range of sectors and is eager to expand their knowledge and skills.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork abilities, contributing positively to the team dynamic.
