Assistant Building Surveyor

A reputable consultancy in West Sussex is actively seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team. In this role, you will work alongside a supportive team on a range of commercial projects.

The Assistant Building surveyor's role

Your responsibilities as the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will include handling professional instructions like dilapidations, schedules of conditions, contract administration, and building surveys for a range of clients in the commercial space.

The chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to contribute to project management tasks for refurbishments and new build schemes, some with project values reaching up to £70 million. This position offers full APC support and extensive training opportunities.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?

• A degree in Building Surveying either BSc or MSc.
• Some experience in a building surveying role, preferably with a similar practice.
• Ideally have made a start with APC progression.
• Excellent communication abilities and a team-player attitude.
• A commitment to providing high-quality services and a keen eye for detail.

• £30,000 - £36,000
