Assistant Building Surveyor

A well-regarded chartered surveying practice, known for its expertise in both residential and commercial property services, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Building Surveyor.

This practice, located in the heart of Central London, is looking to expand its small, dedicated team.

The Assistant Building surveyor's role

The Assistant Building Surveyor will play a crucial role within the team, carrying out a variety of surveying instructions across both residential and commercial sectors.

This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual to immerse themselves in core surveying tasks, including dilapidations, party wall matters, building pathology, and reinstatement cost assessments (RCAs).

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?

• A degree in Building Surveying either BSc or MSc.
• Some experience in a building surveying role, preferably with a similar practice.
• Ideally have made a start with APC progression.
• Excellent communication abilities and good report writing.
• A commitment to providing high-quality services and dedicated to self progression.

• £30,000 - £36,000
