The chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will join one of the country's leading Property Consultancies, in one of their eleven UK wide offices.

My client are renowned for making their mark on commercial, retail, industrial and office real estate sectors, looking to support an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor in their APC progression.

Role and responsibilities

As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor you'll be given the opportunity to develop in a range of services and on a diverse portfolio of commericially driven properties.

You'll receive fully funded APC support.

Person specification

The chosen Assistant Building Surveyor will be working in a growing team and therefore will be good at collaborating and working closely with others.

• BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
• Have started your APC diary
• Any consultancy background or experience would be beneficial
• A full UK driving licence
