A highly regarded Property and Construction consultancy, is actively seeking a talented Assistant Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying team in London.

The Assistant Building Surveyor's role

The incoming Assistant Building Surveyor will be a vital addition to a diverse team of 12 Surveyors, each at varying stages of their professional journey. This role promises a stimulating work environment, offering an array of core Building Surveying duties.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Condition Surveys
• Dilapidations
• Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Contract Administration.

While the primary focus will be on projects within the Education sector, the role also offers the exciting possibility of working across other sectors such as Commercial, Hospitality, and Heritage, ensuring a broad and enriching professional experience.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?

• RICS accredited degree (Preferably within Building Surveying)
• Intention and self discipline to become chartered
• 6+ months of Consultancy experience would be beneficial
• Some edcuation sector knowledge would be advantageous
• Ambitious, commercially driven and team player
