Assistant Building Surveyor

A small established Building Surveying consultancy are looking for an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join their office based in Manchester.

The Assistant Building Surveyor's role

The Assistant Building Surveyor will be given projects to work on straight away on new build and refurbishment projects on educational buildings across the North West.

The successful Building Surveyor will be working only in the academy sector, the company works in partnership with academy leaders, from conversion right the way through to providing premises master planning for large MAT estates.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
• Previous building consultancy experience would be beneficial
• Client-facing demeanor
• Committed to APC progression
