Assistant Building Surveyor

One of the UK's leading Building Surveying firms are looking to add an intelligent and personable Assistant Building Surveyor to their Newcastle team.

The Assistant Building Surveyor role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be working a varied role of professional services and projects within the healthcare, education, industrial, leisure, retail, investment, corporate and office sectors.

Professional Services include, dilapidations, expert witness, condition funding, design, measured surveys, project management, planned maintenance, technical surveys, schedule of condition and feasibility studies.

Alongside this, the Assistant building Surveyor will be working on a range of projects including refurbishments, new builds, developments, maintenance works, planning and design, and fit-outs.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Eager to complete their APC
• Previous consultancy experience
• Eager to develop their career
