A fantastic construction consultancy is looking to add an intelligent and hardworking Assistant Building Surveyor to their personable team based in Birmingham.

The Assistant Building Surveyor role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a medium sized office of talented individuals working on a mixture of project and professional services work predominantly within the commercial and industrial sectors.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will be working on dilapidations and cost consultancy alongside projects including refurbishments, repairs, fit-outs, and new builds ranging from £10,000 - £5M.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their Building Surveying career and is eager to gain a well-rounded experience. There is flexibility to choose where your focus lies within the role.
