Assistant Building Surveyor

I am working with a professional and successful Building Surveying firm that are looking for an intelligent and ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join their personable Manchester team.

The Assistant Building Surveyor role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be working closely with the Senior Building Surveyors on a variety of professional services including dilapidations, party wall, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, schedule of condition, project management and planned maintenance.

You will be working with a highly qualified and professional team of Building Surveyors working on regeneration projects, major urban renewal programmes, insurance related projects, fit-out projects, installations, design and planning schemes across the UK.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of professional services and projects for properties throughout sectors including retail, office, industrial, residential, commercial and education.

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor who is looking to develop their career and progress to the next level. As you progress, there is opportunity to manage your own workload and take on more responsibility.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Previous experience working within a consultancy
• Eager to complete APC
• Can work successfully within a team
