A progressive Building Surveying Private Practice are looking to add an eager and ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to their Exeter office.

The Assistant Building Surveyor role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be working on a range of professional services including but not limited to; dilapidations, party wall, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, project management and schedule of condition.

You will be joining a team of experienced professionals working on refurbishment, fit-out and new build projects within the public and private sectors.

It will be beneficial to be confident in dealing with clients to deliver consistent, high-level advice and assistance through effective communication, prioritisation, and multi-tasking.
