Assistant Building Surveyor

A reputable and growing design and surveying practice, renowned for its expertise and quality services, is currently seeking an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join their dedicated team in Surrey.

The Assistant Building surveyor's role

This role offers a diverse and engaging workload, where you will be working closely with a variety of clients in the education, residential, and commercial sectors. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of core building surveying services, providing a perfect platform to hone your skills and grow professionally.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will engage in projects that will challenge and develop their technical and client-facing skills. You will be involved in everything from building surveys and defect analysis to design and project management.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?

• A degree in Building Surveying either BSc or MSc.
• Some experience in a building surveying role, preferably with a similar practice.
• Ideally have made a start with APC progression.
• Excellent communication abilities and a team-player attitude.
• A commitment to providing high-quality services and a keen eye for detail.
