Area Manager

An expanding Cost Consultancy with a global presence are seeking an Area Manager (Quantity Surveyor) to lead their Saudi, Cost Management team.

The Area Manager's Role

The successful Area Manager will be responsible for running the operations in Saudi which includes overseeing fees and bid proposals, delegating work throughout the Quantity Surveying team, and nurturing new business and maintaining current relationships with clients.

The Area Manager, with the support of your team, will deliver a broad array of top tier projects across the area.

• PQS/Cost Management/Cost consultancy background
• 10+ years Middle East, Quantity Surveying experience
• Commercially minded and ambitious
• Team player
• Client facing
