Architectural Technologist

A confident and dependable architectural technologist is required to join a small, sustainability focused consultancy that work across various sectors, currently working on several commercial property projects to join them from their Birmingham office.

The Architectural Technologist

The successful architectural technologist should have experience across multiple sectors - retail, commercial, residential would be beneficial.

As the architectural technologist, you will be involved in developing the initial design brief through each RIBA stage to completion of construction drawings.

Further requirements of the Architectural Technologist:

• Strong technical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• RIBA Stages 1-4
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Building regulations and planning applications
• Passion for sustainable design
• Able to manage own projects
• Experience with Revit
• Degree in Architecture / Architectural Technologist or related
• 3-5 years experience
• CIAT or working towards chartered membership (support provided)
• Ideally experience in sustainable design - conceptual or project based
• Experience in various sectors (not just limited to residential)

• Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
