Valuation Surveyor

An independent multi practice are seeking an ambitious and hard working Valuation Surveyor to join their growing team of experienced Surveyors.

The successful Valuation Surveyor will be carrying out a postcode area around where they live with the occasional trip further afield if the need arises. Surveyors will take ownership of their diaries and have the ability to carry out as many surveys as they want as the comission structure is based on the amount of billings per year.

It is an amazing opportunity to grow with a smaller company but who have a great position where they can add new services and grow their area.

The MRICS Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold:

• MRICS qualification
• Registered Valuer
• 2 year PQE as a minimum
• Good people and communication skills
• Team player
