A large house developer now requires an experienced Technical Coordinator to join and assist with ongoing projects just north of Chelmsford.

The Technical Coordinator Role

The Technical Coordinator will be joining a successful and growing team, ideally having previous roles as an Assistant Coordinator or Technical Assistant and wanting to further their career. The Technical Coordinator will be required to hold a degree or HNC in a relevant building related subject and bring experience from a construction background.

The Technical Coordinator will immediately commence working on 5 projects overseeing external Architectural and Engineering Consultants. The Technical Coordinator will receive support and training on systems such as CAD to ensure they are following the company's direction.

The Technical Coordinator

• Previous experience within the technical, engineering, or architectural background
• Degree or HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant building related subject
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to upload to specific software
• Formatting Documents
• Attention to detail
• Strong time management
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Forward thinking
