A well-established, family run Construction / Refurbishment company is looking to add a hardworking Site Manager to an exciting project based in Kingston.

The successful Site Manager will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and High End Residential Refurbishments throughout London.

The company is currently experiencing exponential growth and is therefore looking for an Site Manager join their team.

The Site Manager's Role

The successful Site Manager will be based on site in Kingston.

You will be responsible for day to day running of the site (9000 sqft Luxury House) with daily assistance from one of the Directors.

After success in building this house, you will then be given your own one-off luxury mansion build to manage as a Site Manager.

The Site Manager - Requirements

• High end residential experience
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• A genuine desire to better yourself professionally
• A previous joinery / carpentry background
• A valid driving licence
