An established main contractor is seeking a career driven Site Manager to head up their luxury hotel fit out and refurbishment projects.

The Company

The successful Site Manager will be joining a well-renowned company that has provided high quality interiors for luxury hotels across the UK for over 25 years.

This award-winning company has completed over 120 fit out and refurbishment projects for 5 Star Hotels within the UK and boasts a solid 80% repeat client base.

The Site Manager

• Manage daily site activities
• Liaising with the Contracts and Project Manager
• Manage subcontractors and specialists
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
• Liaising with suppliers and undertaking material procurement
• Identify cost savings and understand budget issues
• Ensuring that all quality is kept to a luxury standard
• Maintain Health and Safety onsite
• Chair regular site meetings

The Site Manager - Requirements

• 3+ years Luxury Hotel Fit Out experience
• Joinery and Carpentry experience
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid
• UK driving licence
