An ambitious, trusted and well regarded Prime Refurbishment contractor is seeking a Site Manager who has experience of working on High End Residential properties within London.

Project

£10 Million Part Refubishment / Part New build in Notting Hill with the addition of a double basement.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager will be based in Notting Hill.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, procurement, health and safety and labour.

Projects are entirely focused on the renovation or refurbishment of High End, luxury homes. Contracts are from £500000 up to £10 million

There are usually 6+ projects running - This specific role will be managing a £10 Million part refurbishment / part new build in Notting Hill.

The Site Manager - Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years Site Management experience
• High End Residential experience is beneficial
• Basement Experience
• Good communication skills
• Structural and façade retention experience
• SMSTS
• A Carpentry background is beneficial
