An impressive, established and well regarded Contractor is seeking a Site Manager who has experience of working on High End Residential properties within London.

The company have a steady pipeline of works carrying into 2024.

They operate in the prime sectors of residential, hotel and retail space whilst also undertaking complex refurbishment projects.

Projects are mainly spread between Wimbledon, Chelsea, Fulham and Notting Hill with a few branching out towards Prime Surrey.

A carpentry background is beneficial.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager will be based in London.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site whilst receiving support from a visiting contracts manager.

Projects are entirely focused on the development, renovation or refurbishment of High End luxury mansions or also throughout luxury commercial spaces including retail spaces and hotels.

The Site Manager - Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years Site Management experience
• High End Residential experience
• Good communication skills
• SMSTS
• A Carpentry background is beneficial
