An ambitious, trusted and well regarded Prime Refurbishment contractor is seeking a Site Manager who has experience of working on High End Residential properties within London.

The company have a pipeline of works that extends over 18 months.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager will be based in South West London where all of the projects take place.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, procurement, health and safety and labour.

Projects are entirely focused on the renovation or refurbishment of High End, luxury homes. Contracts are from £50,000 up to £2.5 million.

There are usually 6+ projects running - This specific role will be managing a £2 Million refurbishment in Camden.

The Site Manager - Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years Site Management experience
• High End Residential experience is beneficial
• Good communication skills
• Structural and façade retention experience
• SMSTS
• A Carpentry background is beneficial
