Site Manager - High End Residential - Hampshire

An established, market leading Construction company / Developer in Hampshire seeking a Site Manager.

High End Residential / One off bespoke build experience is necessary.

The Site Manager role

The Site Manager will have a solid background in one off High-End Residential builds.

The Site manager will be based in Hampshire.

You will work alongside a Project Manager who you will report to.

The Company

The Site Manager will join a medium sized Main Contractor with over 200 employees.

They're extremely well established in the market place and have a pipeline of works going into 2023 and are consistently winning new work.

Projects are a combination on one off High-End Residential one off builds, small developments of up to 5 houses and some conservation and heritage works.

The Person

The Site Manager will have -

• Experience in High End Residential builds
• Site Management experience
• Programming experience is beneficial (Asta)
• A track record for delivering these types of projects
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
• A valid driving licence

In return

• £45,000 - £55,000
