An established Interior Fit Out Contractor is seeking an experienced and career driven Site Manager to join their team.

The successful Site Manager will join an award-winning company that specialises high end leisure, medical, retail, and commercial interiors with values ranging from £150K to £3M.
This company strives to exceed client expectations in every aspect from initial contact, planning, design, and procurement, through to the construction stages and after care services
The Site Manager's Role
- Reporting to Project Manager
- Running the daily site activity
- Liaising with Clients
- Project and risk management
- Toolbox talk and inductions
- Site cost control and reporting
- Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety
- Manage sub-contractors
The Site Manager - Requirements
- 3 years Site Management experience
- High End fit out experience essential
- Willingness to work across the UK
- Experience operating fast track projects in the leisure and retail sectors
- Excellent IT and Communication skills
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
