Site Manager

An independent new build residential company is currently seeking an experience, proactive Site Manager to join their team in London.

The Site Manager

The successful Site Manager will be required to manage two residential new build sites in a close proximity of one another, working closely and supporting the Project Manager. The Site Manager will ideally have 3 years of experience within a similar role, working on residential projects and having a good understanding of monitoring site health and safety.

The Site Manager will be on a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility of this moving to a full-time permanent position.

The Site Manager

• 3+ years of experience working within a similar role
• Professional experience withing the residential sector
• Strong knowledge of the construction process
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• CSCS desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work as part of a team
