Site Inspector required to work for an established award-winning property and construction consultancy in Ealing, London.

The successful Site Inspector / Clerk of Works will be required to:

Be a member of ICWCI, or have significant site inspector/ Clerk of Works experience

• Liaise with clients and attend meetings with clients
• Produce progress reports
• Keep records of project progress during construction phase
• Conduct site inspections on residential properties
• Ensuring project is delivered in accordance with the contract
• Responsible for all necessary building elements having been tested
• Responsible for ensuring final project is handed over in a suitable and clean condition
• Assisting employer to resolve any construction issues
• Ensure excellent communication and client relationships
• Promote sustainable living to our clients, and have some understanding of how this can be integrated into our projects
