Senior Valuation Surveyor

A progressive independent property specialist based in London is now seeking a MRICS Senior Valuation Surveyor to help cover London and the South East of England.

The successful Valuation Surveyor will be able to value property for Mortgages, Tax, Pension, Right to buy, Shared Ownership, Development and Investment purposes.

There is opportunity here to develop your current skill set, be able to get ongoing support and training, see a clear pathway for progression and become a key member of the team.

The MRICS Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold:

• MRICS qualification is required
• Registered Valuer Status
• 2 years PQE as a minimum
• Good people and communication skills
• Team player
• Be ambitious and hard working
