Senior Site Manager - Prime / High End Residential - London - PAYE

A well-established, Prime / High End Residential developer and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking, intelligent and ambitious Senior Site manager.

The Company

The successful Senior Site Manager will join a team of over 50 people who specialize in bespoke residential luxury refurbishments and their own developments throughout London.

The company operate throughout London and turn over £20 million +.

They tend to run between 8 - 12 projects simultaneously - all High End / Prime Refurbishments.

The Senior Site Manager Role

The successful Senior Site Manager will be site-based working on some of the best properties that London has to offer. Projects tend to range from £1 - £8 million.

Ideally, you will have experience in High End / Prime residential refurbishments

The initial project will be based near Paddington and is residential refurbishment with the internals / fit out remaining.

The Senior Site Manager - Requirements

• High end residential experience
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Health and safety experience
• Good computer skills
• Construction background
