A well-established, laid back Construction / Refurbishment company is looking to add a hardworking Senior Site Manager to an exciting project based in Kingston.

The successful Senior Site Manager will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and High End Residential Refurbishments throughout London.

The Company

The company is currently experiencing growth and is therefore looking for a Senior Site Manager join their team.

The company operate with a really close-knit team and an extremely laid back and friendly approach to construction.

The Senior Site Manager's Role

The successful Senior Site Manager will be based on site in Kingston or Wimbledon.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of 1 /2 sites - (Large one off new builds ranging from 5 - 10000 sqft) with daily assistance from one of the Directors / Project manager.

The Senior Site Manager - Requirements

• High end residential experience
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• A genuine desire to better yourself professionally
• A previous joinery / carpentry background
• A valid driving licence
