A Surrey based construction company who operate within the High End Residential market for both new builds and refurbishments and operate throughout London and the South East are seeking a Senior Site Manager.

They're a growing firm, with a fantastic culture and some incredible projects going on with plenty more in the pipeline.

The successful Senior Site Manager will join a team who have developed a great reputation throughout the High End / Prime Industry.

They are at a great stage of their business journey with a wealth of knowledge behind them but an enormous scope for growth - turnover has doubled over the last two years.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Senior Site Manager will be based on site on the Sussex / Kent Border.

You will be responsible for an ultra modern new build with a contract value of £5 million. The project has been designed by a renowned architect.

The Senior Site Manager Requirements

• High end residential experience
• New Build Experience
• Previous experience managing multiple £2 million + projects
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• A valid driving licence

In return

• £60,000 - £70,000
