A London Based, well-established, Design and Build company who operate throughout several primarily the High-End Residential market are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager.

The Company

The successful Senior Site Manager will join a team who have developed a great reputation spanning 15+ years of business.

They are a design and build company and therefore benefit from a huge amount of in-house expertise and resource with their team of 40+.

The Senior Site Manager Role

The successful Senior Site Manager will be based on site.

The first project is a new build 5000 sqft in Wimbledon. The project is a traditional build using premium materials with a contemporary feel within the glazing elements.

The Senior Site Manager - Requirements

• High end residential experience
• Structural knowledge
• M and E Knowledge
• Completing similar projects would be beneficial
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• A valid driving licence
• Construction background
