A dynamic and client-focused Project and Cost Management consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a close-knit, ambitious team and take on a diverse range of exciting projects across the Hospitality, High-End Retail, Residential, and Commercial sectors. You'll be at the heart of some of the most dynamic projects in the industry, with project values ranging from £5m to £30m, and even larger schemes reaching up to £200m. From luxury hotels to large-scale residential developments, this role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact.

In this role, you'll be expected to lead project delivery, managing every aspect from inception to completion. Additionally, you'll mentor junior staff members, playing a key role in their APC development and career progression. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS, although this is not a requirement.
• Prepared to lead an office team, mentor, and coach emerging professionals in their APC and development.
• Experienced across various sectors, notably Industrial, Residential (including high-rise and student accommodation), Hotels, and Leisure.
• Specialized knowledge in the industrial sector is highly regarded.
• Proficient in managing a range of project sizes, from £5m to £30m, with the capability to handle larger schemes in hotels and residential projects up to £100m to £200m.
