A client-focused Project and Cost Management consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit team of 15 in Birmingham, where a strong company culture fosters collaboration and mutual support. You will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, spanning sectors such as Industrial, Residential, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Leisure, and Retail. Project sizes typically range from £5m to £30m, with some larger hotel and residential schemes reaching £100m to £200m.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on challenging work within a high-achieving firm, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering projects while mentoring junior team members and advancing your career.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS, though not essential.
• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Willing to lead a team in the office, mentor, and coach young professionals in APC and development.
• Experienced in a variety of sectors is highly desirable
• Comfortable handling a mix of project sizes, ranging from £5m to £30m, with some larger hotel and residential schemes reaching £100m to £200m.
