Senior Quantity Surveyor

A multi award winning Engineering and Construction Consultancy is looking add a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Birmingham team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic and expanding team of professionals and will play a key role in delivering a wide range of infrastructure and development projects, including highways, rail, utilities, earthworks, & land remediation. As well as Central Government, Local Government, Education, Leisure & blue Light sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Experience delivering rail or civil infrastructure projects up to £25m.
• Strong commercial and quantity surveying skills.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Project management and contract administration experience is highly desirable
• Qualified or working towards MRICS with an appropriate degree or minimum of 10 years of professional experience

In Return
