A dynamic, market-leading Construction & Property Consultancy in Leeds is on the lookout for an ambitious and hands-on Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join a renowned International Consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, Europe, and Australia. The Leeds office is home to a team of 20 professionals delivering exciting projects across a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotel, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential.

You'll enjoy a hybrid working model, spending three days a week in the office and the remainder working from home. Your role will involve not only delivering high-value projects but also supporting, managing, and mentoring junior team members. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or currently working towards and in need of greater support achieving Chartership
• Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• A valid UK driving license
• A successful track record running projects from inception to completion

The company is happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £55,000 - £65,000
• Car allowance
