Senior Quantity Surveyor

A passionate, diverse, and quirky Quantity Surveying consultancy situated around Barbican Street station, is seeking a capable and reasonably experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a busy team of 10 quantity surveyors who are working on a mix bag of projects including private residential, hotel, heritage, and leisure projects.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead projects from inception to completion, with projects tending to value between £1m and £10m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked within a PQS / Cost Management environment
• Good pre & post contract knowledge
• Able to deliver projects independently
