An expanding, award-winning multidisciplinary Consultancy in Leeds is looking to bring on board a committed, client-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The chosen Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a reputable, professional team with a robust pipeline of projects across the Defence, Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

This consultancy promotes a flexible, hybrid working policy, with only 2 days per week required in the office. They have created a supportive working environment that places a strong emphasis on employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Liaising directly with clients
• Managing junior members of the team
• Running Design Team Meetings, reporting on cost control matters
• Cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents and commercial reporting
• Managing large & complex projects with responsibility for project cost control

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Good pre and post contract knowledge / ability to run projects to completion
• Client facing
• Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Cost Consultancy
• RICS accredited degree
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
