A reputable quantity surveying firm with eleven locations throughout the country is currently looking to add a committed Senior Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic Manchester team who has experience in both Employers Agent and quantity surveying jobs.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

A driven Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed for a variety of projects in the residential, logistical, office, healthcare, government, higher education, and retail sectors, according to the partners of the consultancy.

Leading a committed team, the selected Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a major role in the firm's regional expansion. From the beginning to the finish of projects, the function involves a wide range of responsibilities, such as supervising client interactions and mentoring junior employees.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor position would be a perfect fit for a driven individual looking to advance into an Associate Director capacity. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Experience as an Employers Agent or in quantity surveying in a consultancy
• A degree with RICS accreditation
• MRICS or striving for
• Solid pre- and post-contractual expertise
• Strong Experience in Consultancy
